These peppers grow small and wrinkled. Measuring about one inch, they will turn from light green to a fiery orange.
Handle with care! These fiery peppers have some of the highest Scoville ratings, measuring between 100,000 and 350,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHUs). Habanero Pepper also has high levels of Vitamin C, which can benefit health.
