Product Information Chevron Down Chevron Forward

Early White Vienna Kohlrabi seeds are grown for their fleshy-white swollen stem.

This cool-weather vegetable is easy to grow and resembles an above-ground turnip. Kohlrabi has a crisp, mild flavor best enjoyed when the stem is two to three inches in diameter. The tender bulbs are high in vitamin C! It's also a great source of fiber and other essential vitamins and minerals. Enjoy this unique flavor and get your daily dose of nutrition.
