Instructions Chevron Down Chevron Forward

In cooler climates, plant from spring to early summer. In warmer climates, plant from fall to spring. Select a partial to full sun spot receiving three to six hours of sun daily. Prepare the planting area by removing sod and weeds. Sow seeds by broadcasting—evenly hand-scattering seeds mixed with a carrier material like sand or peat moss. Or, in cold climates, consider frost seeding by broadcasting seeds over snow-covered soil on a sunny, late-winter day, leveraging the melting snow to settle the seeds into the soil. Sow seeds at the recommended rate, ensuring good seed-to-soil contact. Keep soil consistently moist until seeds sprout. In hot weather, water daily. Expect a period of establishment that can last from one to three growing seasons. Allow plants to flower and reseed to maintain the garden and support pollinators.

Muriel (5/5)

Very easy to plant

"The seeds were super easy to plant and we’ve had a lot of rain lately so I think the flowers should grow soon. We haven’t seen any flowers yet but we know it takes some time. We are hoping there would be a good variety of flowers and according to the bag there will be. So we are excited to see what happens! I’ll update with any pictures of flowers that we get. I received these seeds for free."

Super happy with the ease and amount of sprouting

"I have had a great experience with these seeds so far. It took about 7-10 days before I saw the seeds sprouting. I live in NJ and it’s been raining a lot here. Talk about easy, honestly all I did was sprinkle the seeds in the planting bed. The packaging make it so easy. From the leaves, it looks like I have a nice mix of flowers. Looking forward to seeing them bloom! The only reason not giving 5 stars is because they haven’t bloomed quite yet. Will update with my final results."

Good value!

"The packaging for the Ferry Morse Mix seeds is nice, colorful and brings tons of seeds. I attached a picture of the content inside. I planted the seeds but, I obviously have to allow some time for them to germinate. I can’t wait to see the beautiful flowers!"

Dylanja 8. (5/5)

Excited to see some growth!

"You got a very large quantity! They haven’t produced yet but I did plant them outdoors I live in WI so I planted them mid April. They lacked proper instructions but I did about a 1/4 inch deep and lightly covered them. Put them in direct sunlight. Hoping to see some growth here soon"

Beautiful mix of blue flowers!

"I live in Texas, where bluebonnets are such a part of our culture! I have been slowly planting bluebonnet seeds over the last few years in my garden, but the progress has been slow. I was so excited to have the opportunity to try this blue flower mix from Ferry-Morse! It includes a mix of perennials and annuals, including forget-me-nots, cornflower, baby blue eyes, and others, as well as the all important bluebonnet! I have decided to plant the seeds in a side bed near our driveway where they can really shine. Although there has not been enough time for any of the flowers to start coming up yet, I have full confidence that these will bloom beautifully next spring!"

Awesome flowers

"Super easy to use and to plant. Gorgeous mix of the most beautiful blue wildflowers. My garden and back yard looks soo much more beautiful and I’m glad to be able to help the pollinators"

Large pack of seeds

"This is a large seed pack. I love that they are all the same color (shades of blue). I’m not sure about the other flowers, but borage will self seed like crazy and also gets huge. I will be taking the borage seeds out before I plant."

Amandab1358 5. (4/5)

In overall after reviewing, I would purchase.

"Well preserved. Sowing depth, blooming period are on my time frame. Very biodiversity. Package does not have time frame for plant growth. Thanks"
