To cancel or edit your order, all you have to do is log-in to your account from this page and select Cancel Order, Edit Order or Re-Order. If you do not have an account with us then you should be able to create an account using the same credentials (name, email, phone, etc.) you used when checking-out on our site. Using these credentials should populate past/relevant orders to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, please select 'Forgot your Password?' in order to recover or reset your account. Please contact us if you have any issues with completing such requests.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Here are a few ways to track your order:
Via your confirmation email – Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest status of your delivery.
Via your account – Log in to your account at ferrymorse.com, go to Order History, and click on your order to view tracking details.
Via the carrier's website – Copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
Via the Shop app – If you checked out using Shop Pay or downloaded the Shop app, your order will automatically appear there with live tracking updates.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, log in to your account to verify your order status, or reach out to our support team.
Occasional delays in carrier scans are normal, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@ferrymorse.com, and we'll look into it for you.
