Yanyan (5/5)

Not for Central Texas-Low Perrennial Germination

"Great mix of annuals. I sowed this in late winter. California orange poppy, bachelors buttons, calendula, scarlet flax were the first to appear, then coreopsis. Few perennials germinated if any, (2 small plants I've yet to ID),even with the natural cold stratification. Mainly purchased for the Liatris seeds. Positive: High germination rate, however I can not recommend for central Texas, about 85% of the plants are dead in the month of May, despite consistent watering -this mix is not heat tolerant rated for high UV USDA growing zones."

Tabby (3/5)
