BUTTERNUT SQUASH

"These were planted in March in the barn ,took them out and planted them in April in a raise bed, last count had about 15 squash on two plants, these are different than the ones I grew last year and have not changed from the original color. Not sure about harvesting them yet. I grow these for my grand kids, I peel them and boil them and put them into plastic ice trays, I freeze them, and put them in a freezer bag and give them to my kids for the little ones, been doing this for several years and are the first thing the grand babies get when they start eating real food"

Great success with these seeds!

"We sowed two seed packets. We harvested about 50 butternut squash ranging from 2-5 pounds. No problem with bugs, although I did dust once. Our extended family is enjoying these delicious squash. We are having fun sharing on pinterest all the different recipes we have tried . I will plant these again next year."

Butternut squash seeds

"I did two plantings of this seed because the first planting (4 seeds) did not germinate at all. The second planting, however, did succeed (5 seeds) and is doing well. I'm not sure what happened to the first attempt."

Save big

"These seeds are a must ,grew them last year ,plants are really productive its amazing how they explode in growth after the fruit forms, saved a lot about 6 bucks each in Trader Joe's ,but this is better straight from the vine.No wonder they are sold out right now.Good luck getting them."
