Sow seed indoors in warm well lighted area, 6-8 weeks before last frost. Thin seedlings when they are 2 inches in height, with the final spacing of the plants 10 inches apart.

Perfect Seeds to Start an Inexpensive Flower Garde

"I received a complimentary pack of Ferry-Morse Snapdragon Tall Deluxe Mixed Colors Seeds in exchange for my honest opinion. Gardening doesn't come naturally to me, but I do attempt to grow a new flower or plant each spring to experiment which plants work best in my yard. These seeds should do well in our yard because we are in zone 10a and have plenty of sunshine go grow snap dragons. After watching a video with planting tips I planted the snapdragon seeds in 1/8 inch of soil and watered. It's been about ten days since I have planted the seeds so they should start sprouting very soon. Once they start to sprout I plan to transplant them into a planter near our pool, allowing six inches between each plant so that they have room to grow and thrive. I can't wait to enjoy these flowers next month!"

"Have received my Ferry-Morse Snapdragon seeds. The packaging is that of standard seeds in any store. I placed seeds in soil trays, the quality of the seeds appears to be good. I live in Kentucky, so wanted to wait to seed until closer to May due to late frosts. The seeds are sprouting and appear to be healthy. Cannot wait to place them in my flower bed. "I have had a good experience using these seeds. They seem to be fresh and ready to go. They sprouted quick but then not much after that. It's probably me since I am unsure how much to water.
