Grow your own aromatic and flavorful rosemary with our certified organic seeds.

Rosemary is a classic culinary herb known for its fragrant, needle-like leaves and warm, tangy flavor. This versatile herb makes a flavorful addition to home herb gardens and containers while providing fresh sprigs for your favorite recipes.

Rosemary seeds germinate in approximately 15 to 25 days. For best results, sow seeds in light, well-draining soil and keep the growing medium consistently moist during germination. Consider the convenience and utility of a heat mat to help maintain warm soil temperatures and encourage seeds to germinate quickly and consistently.

Fresh rosemary leaves are a popular choice for flavoring meats, soups, roasted vegetables, breads, and other savory dishes. Add whole sprigs while cooking or chop the leaves to release their distinctive aroma and flavor. For grilling, toss rosemary leaves over hot charcoal to add an aromatic zest to grilled beef, chicken, or ribs.

Must Have

"Sow a few seeds evenly spaced in hills, 8 inches high and 12 inches across. Young vines should have a fence, trellis, or heavy cord on which to climb. When young vines are about 8 inches, thin to 3 plants per hill. Does not transplant well."
