This spring burpless cucumber will produce abundant yields of slender 8 in., dark green, slicing-type cucumbers that are crisp and bitter-free. They are uniformly straight and smooth. They grow best on a fence or trellis for easy harvest. In hot stressed climates the skins can become bitter and require peeling.

Sow a few seeds evenly spaced in hills, 8 inches high and 12 inches across. Young vines should have a fence, trellis, or heavy cord on which to climb. When young vines are about 8 inches, thin to 3 plants per hill. Does not transplant well.
