Product Information Chevron Down Chevron Forward

Giant Double Violet Queen Zinnia is an easy-to-grow, half-hardy annual zinnia flower variety.

Seeds grow into vigorous plants that produce purple zinnia flowers that are magnificently large, resembling dahlia flowers. Their double petals and vibrant color add an air of sophistication to any outdoor space.

Blooms grow on tall plants and the flowers from these zinnia seeds will blossom freely from mid-summer until frost.

*Both double and semi-double blooms will be produced.

I just planted them today

"I just planted them today so nothing to report yet, but I have high hopes. The delivery went fine."

Harold A. (5/5)

Great beginner plant!

"I am very new to gardening, in the past I’ve only grown veggies that I bought from big box nurseries. This year I decided to give gardening veggies and flowers from seed a shot. My 4 year old sister picked this seed packet at Walmart and now she gets to enjoy the more vibrant and beautiful flower in our garden that took little to no effort!"

Alisa (5/5)

Very cute

"I would like to mention I do not have the best green thumb but I was able to see a slight blossom. The instructions were easy to follow. The packaging is also very convenient."

Beautiful results

"Lovely seeds and good germination rate. Reliable brand that grew beautiful flowers! Interested in different flowers for next spring. Worth purchasing"

Great Zinnia Seeds

"I would say I really like these seeds because they germinate fast and it didn't take long for them to sprout out of the ground. Also they are great to mix with other zinnia colors. And overall they grow fast and they do great when it is really hot outside and they continue to bloom over and over again. I also like this zinnia plant because it doesn't have to have much care and it is fun to look at everyday. I also got this product for free for my review."

I cant wait for them to bloom!

"It didn’t take long for these Zinna seeds to sprout. They get taller every couple of days and are easy to care for. I can’t wait for them to bloom! The growing instructions are easy to follow, and there are plenty of seeds in the package."

Skylamae (5/5)

Tender!

"Unfortunately, mine did not germinate. I dug the hole upon them and dropped them all in and not one came up. My soil is not the best out here so maybe myself conditioner was the verdict. I will buy another pack of these seeds and planting them again"

Gabriellem108 (5/5)

Seem like decent flowers but waiting on the blooms still

"I used a few different pots as I wasn’t sure where I wanted to plant these and wanted to test outdoor vs indoor. Indoor didn’t do so hot, I started with these and have yet to see any blooms. They grew rather slow as well, I tried to give it light but perhaps not enough. But it did grow. Then I planted in a pot outside, those sprung up overnight, but still haven’t gotten any blooms. They look much healthier though and rate of growth was quick so I think I will have blooms soon. I put one in pretty constant sun and one in more shade, both are doing about the same, but the shaded one looks slightly better in my opinion. So far no issues with pests but will update once they bloom. Sorry pictures are a few weeks old but the one with only 2 is the inside one, the outside ones are growing much better and look even better now. Inside one looks the same. I wanted to try to wait for the bloom but I’m almost late with my review."

They germinate fast!

"11 of 12 seeds I planted germinated, and very fast, I used Botanical Interests seed trays. Very nice there! I'm still waiting for them to grow however I somehow managed to get aphids! I got super mad at that as I'm not even sure how they got into my house. Still hoping these turn out ok, I sprayed them with some pest spray. Unfortunately I had been gone for a few days so they did some damage. I may replant the seeds and start again."

Beautyxbeatdown (4/5)

Seeds planted!

"Packaging was protected with clear and concise instructions on how to plant. I recently planted the seeds! Can’t wait to see how these beautiful flowers will turn out."
