Green and Leafy

"Sunflowers grow wild where I live, but I’ve never grown them myself. Growing them myself sounded like a fun experiment. Like most seeds, they’re easy to plant. They started growing right away. Little sprouts were visible in a day or two. They kept getting taller and taller. A few weeks in they were an impressive height. After a couple months they’re even taller and leafier, though I have not yet seen any blooms. It’s just leaves. I have the sunflowers growing in a pot outside in the hot sun and elements, so I’m not sure if this has had any effect on their state. I also wonder if the wild rabbits have gotten to them as they have with some other plants I’ve tried to grow. I’m unsure of when sunflowers bloom, anyway, so I still have hope. The plants are easy to take care of as longer as you remember to water them. I think anyone could grow them. I like these seeds."
