This heirloom variety of spinach produces large, tender leaves packed with nutrients and flavor. Giant Noble Spinach is an All-America Selections winner and is loved by gardeners who know good production and flavor. This spinach is great when eaten fresh, steaming, or freezing. Expect vigorous plants that are very slow to bolt and harvest over a longer period.

Sow in rows directly outdoors as soon as the ground can be worked. Place one seed every 2 inches and cover with soil. When plants are about 3 inches tall, thin to 6 inches apart. Use thinnings in salads. Harvest before flower stalk forms.

Seed Spacing: Sow spinach seeds roughly 6" apart.
Nutrient Care Instructions: Apply SUPERthrive once per week. Soak in solution of 1/4 tsp per gal for 15 min. or longer depending on size and type.
Harvest entire plants at the soil line when outer leaves are 6 inches long. Or, just cut away outer leaves as needed for a continuous crop until hot weather. Sow again in the late summer.

"Researched how to plant these on YouTube before I started. Germinating the seeds currently, so I can’t 100 percent say how well they will do in soil, but so far so good!
