Cold hardy, long producing

"I grew these last year here in Alabama (Zone 8a) with great success. Every plant produced all through the winter and had a growth burst very early spring and produced well into the first couple months of spring. My intent was for it to be a winter crop, and it was excellent for what I was trying to achieve."

"This spinach is fantastic and my growing my own has now saved me and my family money at the store from having to constantly buy it at a high price! Love this!"

Exceptional Growth and Flavor!

"I recently planted the Ferry-Morse Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach Seeds, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I sowed them in my garden, I noticed how quickly they germinated. Within a few days, I saw the first signs of sprouting, and it only got better from there. The plants grew robust and healthy, showing off their deep green leaves that are not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor. The spinach leaves are tender and perfect for both salads and cooking. I especially love how this variety of spinach stands up well to the summer heat, prolonging the harvest season. Another aspect that impressed me was the consistency of the growth. The leaves are uniform in size, and the plants maintained their vigor even with minimal maintenance. I also appreciate that these seeds are non-GMO, adding an extra layer of confidence in what I’m growing. Overall, I highly recommend the Ferry-Morse Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach Seeds to both novice and experienced gardeners. They offer an excellent yield, are easy to grow, and provide delicious, nutrient-rich spinach throughout the season. I’ll definitely be planting these again!"

Great for growing in pots!

"I’m in the process of moving, so I decided to plant these seeds in a pot so I can take the plant with me. So far, I’m pretty impressed with these seeds. They didn’t take long to sprout and are actually pretty low maintenance. I did give them a little bit of fertilizer since I’m reusing dirt from a plant last year, but they are growing pretty quick and seem to be thriving!"

Kstatesis (5/5)

Yummy

"We planted the seeds back in June and we had our first harvest recently. Spinach is nice and green and tastes delicious. I’ve used it for a quiche and salads so far."

Nikkib3130 (5/5)

Quality product

"I’m an avid gardener and have recently noticed that seed packs have less and less seeds included, that’s not the case with Ferry-Morse. I received a good amount of seeds and they were in good condition. I. Still waiting for the seeds to sprout so I’m not sure how much they will produce or the actual taste of the spinach. I’m looking forward to watching this grow and eating it when it’s ready."

Ease of growing makes it versatile!

"Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is highly recommended for its robust flavor and impressive nutrient profile. Known for its thick, crinkled, dark green leaves, it's packed with vitamins A, C, and B-complex.
