In cooler climates, plant from spring to early summer. In warmer climates, plant from fall to spring. Select a sunny spot receiving at least six hours of full sun daily. Prepare the planting area by removing sod and weeds. Sow seeds by broadcasting—evenly hand-scattering seeds mixed with a carrier material like sand or peat moss. Or, in cold climates, consider frost seeding by broadcasting seeds over snow-covered soil on a sunny, late-winter day, leveraging the melting snow to settle the seeds into the soil. Sow seeds at the recommended rate, ensuring good seed-to-soil contact. Keep soil consistently moist until seeds sprout. In hot weather, water daily. Expect a period of establishment that can last from one to three growing seasons. Allow plants to flower and reseed to maintain the garden and support pollinators.

"I love gardening. It's one of my favorite hobbies. I'm usually a fruit and veggies gardener, but decided to branch out (no pun intended) into the flower business. This pack of edible wildflowers is the perfect mix of colorful flowers. There is an amazing variety of wildflowers all in a 1 lb package. I was impressed with the quantity of seeds. Great value for the money. They were extremely easy to plant and I've already had a few germinate and seedlings pop up. I'm excited to see what they will look like in full bloom. I have 2 raised garden beds and one of them is just flowers so it will add a wonderful pop of color to my garden. I'm also excited about the fact that these are edible flowers and can't wait to incorporate them in some desserts and salads to ads a pop of color to my meals as well.
