Instructions

Sow outdoors. Performs best in full sun and well drained soil. Scatter seeds in a row. After germination, thin to 1 1/2 inches apart. When 4 inches high, thin to 3 inches apart. Rosebud sized thinning are delicious cooked whole. Harvest mature beets when they are 3 inches in diameter.

They seeds came in a simple pouch, which was easy to open and dispense the seeds. They seem to be growing well so far! While they have a little ways to go, I am excited to eat some yummy beets soon!
