High Failure Rate

"I bought nine lights and three have stopped working within a single season. One of them lasted less than a week. I've got a backlog of plants that need to get started and I'm tired of going back to the store for replacements. The failure rate on these lights is unacceptable."

Damaged never received replacement terrible customer service

"I placed my original order a month and a half ago. It came damaged. what should’ve taken a few days (to receive the replacement) still has not been delivered. They have continually said that the package is on the way. It has been a ridiculous amount of time and energy invested in trying to get something in a timely manner that I should’ve just gone to a local store to get. i’ve received other packages during this waiting time, but bizarrely for some reason this package has not found me. At one point a package was supposedly delivered and it was in the wrong state. They have my address from the original order. unless you want to miss your planting window, I would not recommend buying products from this company."

Don’t last

"This is a very fragile light there is no weight to it the base of the legs is thin plastic and the legs are thin light metal you can NOT adjust the height of it so you end up putting books boxes or whatever to get the seedlings to be close risking tipping them over just to get them to the light who designed this? Not a gardener. , seedlings seemed to be responding well but then it just stoped working it could be the bulb but I don’t see replacement bulbs and if it is not that I would be out the money for the light and lightbulbs"

Great light! Reflectors help a lot

"I bought 2 lights to start my seeds for 2026. I’m a new gardener so I thought I would try them out with a mesclun mix to dial the light in. The light worked great for the initial sprouting but I noticed the seedlings next to the wall were growing better than the seedlings in the front of the box. Because of this, I wrapped aluminum foil around some cardboard to direct the light back in. Worked great! The photos are 1, 2, and 3 weeks"

Indoor grow light

I count on this product

"I love this package and count on them for 90% of my seedlings . . . the only issue I ever have is the "instability" of the stands on my grow shelves which are not solid. Seems like this should be easy to fix . . ."

Grow light

"I am very pleased with this grow light. This is the third year I've used it, and in 3 different states. Still working great, and with the original bulb. I have an extra, but have not had to use it. I would highly recommend this set up for the home gardener. Ms. Betty"
