This pepper plants dark green fruits can be left on their bush to mature to a fiery red color. This pepper is hot enough to feel the heat but not too hot to overpower food. These peppers grow to a length of 3".

Instructions

You can start Mild Jalapeno Pepper seeds indoors eight weeks before planting outdoors. Keep seeds moist in full sunlight and transplant when 3" tall. Or sow directly in the garden in a sunny location after the danger of frost is past. Plant two (2) seeds every 18". Thin or transplant to 1 plant every 18" when 3" tall. Use a balanced fertilizer when 6" tall to increase production.
