Use this reusable and recyclable plant tray with seven individual fiber seed starting pots to get your seeds growing.

This kit is perfect for those starting out with flowers, vegetables, or herbs. Plantable pots and an easy-to-remove base make transplanting effortless, while individual pots promote root growth, resulting in stronger seedlings. This seed starter tray was designed with space and ease in mind.

This seed starting tray is compatible with Ferry-Morse 3" Seed Starting Pots and Jiffy 3" Seed Starting Pots!

Instructions for use:

  1. Fill pots with a quality seed starter mix such as the Jiffy Natural & Organic Seed Starting Soil Mix.
  2. Wet the pots and soil thoroughly with warm water. Using your finger, a pencil or something similar make small depressions in the center of each pot to sow your seeds. Cover seeds with soil.
  3. Never let your soil dry out. Keep pots in a warm, well-ventilated location. You can transplant your seedlings outdoors along with these pots after danger of frost has passed.

Instructions Chevron Down Chevron Forward

1. Prepare Soil - Fill a large bucket with soil. Add water as needed making sure the soil is well saturated but not soggy. For the best results use a high-quality seed starting mix such as Ferry-Morse or Jiffy. 2. Prepare Pots - While in a base tray fill pots with saturated soil mix, leaving 0.5" between the top of the soil and the top of the pot. 3. Add Seeds - Add 2-3 seeds per pot following seed packet instructions. Cover the tray with plastic film to keep in essential moisture. Place in a warm location, out of direct sunlight. Keep soil moist. 4. Germenation - Allow plants to germinate fully, removing the film after the first leaves appear. Place in a sunny location. Keep moist, don't overwater. If seedlings start, getting long and "leggy" supplement sunlight with a grow light. 5. Transplant - Once the danger of frost has passed, harden off and transplant outdoors. Saturate pot and dig holes slightly larger than the pot. Rip pot gently to allow easier decomposition under the soil. Place in the ground and cover up the top of the pot. Water into the ground.

At Ferry Morse, we are proud of our non-GMO & guaranteed fresh seeds.
