The Pasilla Bajo Pepper is a mildly hot pepper variety that turns from green to brown when mature.

Grown from these pepper seeds, Pasilla Bajo plants exhibit sturdy growth and yield abundant harvests.

Their slender shape and smoky flavor make them a favorite among food enthusiasts. This pepper is superb when dried and then used to make smoky-flavored sauces. A popular variety for use in Latin dishes!
