Sow Giant Double Violet Queen Zinnia seeds roughly 12" apart.
After all danger of frost, sow Giant Double Violet Queen Zinnia seeds in open ground well exposed. Or, for earlier bloom, start indoors in flats about 4 weeks before the last frost. Cover with 0.25" of soil. When the plants are 3" high, thin or transplant.
Ideal for tall borders. For a bold effect, mass in sunny beds. Striking and long lasting as cut flowers. Remove faded blossoms to prolong bloom. Give plenty of fertilizer and water.
